Slate — Dual Tone flexible clay cladding

Dual Tone runs the same riven cleft face as Mono Tone but lets a second colour move through it, the way mineral banding moves through real quarried slate. It is the more naturalistic of the two and the one to specify when the wall is meant to be read as stone rather than as a coloured texture.

DT-01 is a cream with gold veining, DT-02 a silver-grey with charcoal banding — the closest to a genuine Indian slate. DT-03 is a warm apricot, DT-04 a rose-and-plum, DT-06 a terracotta-cream. DT(P)-05 is the odd one out and the most interesting: a graduated sand-to-sage that shifts across each sheet.

Specify Random pattern for anything above about six square metres. The veining is strong enough that a Regular repeat becomes visible on a large plane, which undoes the naturalism the collection is chosen for.
