Rattan Knit flexible clay cladding

Rattan Knit is two distinct faces sold as one collection, and both carry the deepest relief of anything in the Curvato range. The RK shades are a chunky parquet basket weave, offset block on block, with a shadow line deep enough to read from across a lobby. The CR shades are a coiled rope spiral — concentric circles that overlap edge to edge like laid cordage.

RK-1 is a strong ochre, RK-2 a deep forest, RK-3 a pale duck-egg, RK-4 a near-black. On the rope face, CR-1 is a rich oxblood brown, CR-2 an olive-grey, CR-3 a pale khaki and CR-4 a warm amber.

This is the collection that best demonstrates what the material actually does, because deep relief is exactly what cannot be wrapped around a curve in a rigid material. On a curved column, the CR spiral continues around the radius with no cut and no bead — the effect the range is named for.
