Waterfall Stone flexible clay cladding

Stacked ledger stone is the default for a boundary wall or an entrance feature across most of urban India, and it is heavy: a 25mm split-face strip on adhesive plus mechanical fixing, with a real risk of a course letting go on a tall wall.

Waterfall Stone reproduces the stack — the split face of each course, the recessed shadow gap between them, the slight variation in course height — at 3mm. WS-1 is a warm sandstone, WS-4 a terracotta, WS-2 a deep charcoal and WS-3 a pale blue-grey. The three (P) shades are granite-faced ledgers in red, pink-grey speckle and black-and-white.

The one thing to check before specifying: on an external corner, the course lines must align on both faces. Set out from the corner rather than from the middle of the wall, and the return will read as a genuinely stacked wall rather than as a wrapped sheet.
