Concrete Board flexible clay cladding

Where Concrete Plank is freshly struck, Concrete Board is concrete that has been standing for a decade. The face carries lime bloom, patchy discolouration and the ghost of a shutter joint — the incidental weathering that designers spend a lot of money trying to reproduce with washes and glazes.

CB-1 is the palest, a bleached grey-white that lifts a dark interior without going to plain paint. CB-2 sits in the middle with cooler blue-grey mottling. CB-3 is a deep moss-toned grey that reads almost green in daylight and works well against planting.

Three shades is deliberate. This is a texture that loses its credibility when it repeats too visibly, so it is normally specified in Random pattern across a single large plane rather than mixed with other collections on the same elevation.
